Description:
At 59 Blackheath Road, we executed a detailed and intricate renovation project, completed over four months at a cost of £170,000. This project included the installation of a magnificent chandelier that spans three floors, a significant centrepiece requiring special steel supports for stability.
Key elements of the project included:
• New Staircase: Installation of a new staircase leading to the top third floor.
• Painting and Refurbishment: Comprehensive painting throughout the entire property, including the library, doors, and all rooms.
• Partitions Removal: Removing existing partitions to create a more open and cohesive space.
• Bathroom Renovation: Complete refurbishment of the bathroom with new tiling, fixtures, and finishes.
• Chandeliers Installation: Besides the main chandelier, four additional chandeliers were installed on the ground floor.
• Carpets and Tiling: New carpets throughout the property and new bathroom tiles.
• Venetian Plaster: Application of Venetian plaster on the staircase walls.
• Staircase Repainting: Repainting the entire staircase that extends from the ground floor to the third floor.
• Skylight Roof: Installation of a skylight roof on the top floor, along with other roof works.
The centrepiece of this renovation was the grand chandelier, visible through the round staircase from the ground floor up to the third floor. This ambitious project showcases our ability to handle complex installations and detailed interior finishes, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
